Powered by two 18v lithium ion batteries which are inserted one each side of the chainsaw to offer excellent balance and a comfortable working position. As the weight is balanced instead of uneven the chainsaw is easier to hold and use whilst the large separate-type metal spike bumper grips any work piece firmly to provide more control of cutting. Designed with ergonomic soft grip handles for maximum comfort and better grip of the chainsaw to reduce user fatigue and lower vibration levels.
Boasting a 14″ cutter bar, this Makita chainsaw has been designed with tool-less chain tensioning to allow for quicker and easier tensioning of the chain without the need for tools.
As the chainsaw is battery powered there is 0 harmful emissions emitted and the noise level is much lower than a petrol counterpart making it much more comfortable to work around and ideal for noise sensitive areas as to not disturb neighbours.
When you hire this machine you will also receive two batteries and a dual charger.
